手織り機「咲きおり」の収納バッグを手作り/SAKIORI/Weaving

手織り機の収納バッグをデザインして縫いました。傷から守る為に、分厚い濃いグレーのウールを使いました。残念ながら布が足りなかったので、ファスナー周りはオレンジ色のコットンを使いました。

この手織り機は４kg程の重さがあり、バッグに出し入れする際にスライド式だと不便だろうなーと思いました。

また繊細な部品も多く、ファスナーで入れ口が大きく開くタイプのバッグの方が出し入れしやすいかなーと思ってこのデザインにしました。

I designed and sewed a bag for storing my weaving machine. I used a thick dark grey wool to protect the bag from accidents. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough wool to make the whole bag so that I used an orange cotton fabric along the zipper.  As the weaving machine weighs about 4kg, it would have been difficult to slide this machine in and out from the bag. Also, this machine comes with various delicate parts; therefore, I wanted to design a bag that could open widely with a zipper.
